Shipping Policy
Shipping fee depends on the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping within North America usually takes from 6-10 business days and costs from $10-$20. Express shipping anywhere in North America is usually around 3-6 business days and costs from $30. Overnight shipping is also available. International shipping is confirmed before the order is placed. Tracking number is provided on all shipments. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the receipt of the item only if the item is defective. Shipping fee is not refundable and the return shipping cost is not covered. Returns are not accepted, and refund is not offered on custom made dresses, however, please reach out if there is an issue with the order.
